We're pumped that you’re here and ready to make business magic with Ryser Business Suite. Before you get started, we need to lay out some ground rules to keep things running smoothly. By using Ryser, you agree to these terms. Don't worry, we've tried to keep it simple and easy to understand. Let’s get into it!

1. Who Can Use Ryser?

Age: You need to be at least 18 years old. If you're younger, get a grown-up (aka a legal guardian) to give you the thumbs up. Account: Your login is your responsibility. If your dog guesses your password and messes something up, we can’t be held responsible for that. Keep it safe! Changes to Terms: We might update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll give you a heads-up. Check back occasionally to stay in the loop.

2. What You Can Do With Ryser

Your License: You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ryser to grow your business. Basically, you can use it but you can’t sell it or share it like your Netflix account. Be Cool: Don’t use Ryser for anything shady, illegal, or harmful. That means no hacking, scamming, or impersonating anyone. Play fair, and we’ll all get along great. If you don't we may have to shut down specific features, integrations, or the entire account. Sorry not sorry. Your Content: You own everything you upload (your stuff is your stuff). But by using Ryser, you give us permission to store and display it so we can provide the service to you.

3. Money Matters

Payment: Ryser isn’t free. We have different plans, and you agree to pay whatever plan you choose, on time. If you don’t, we’ll have to pause your access until the bills are settled. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew. If you want out, make sure you cancel before the next billing cycle. No hard feelings! Refunds: We don’t offer refunds, but if something goes uniquely sideways, reach out and we will try to make it right. Our team is capable of offering usage credits, additional months at discounted rates, and services from our sister companies - but never a refund for a paid subscription.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect your info to help you run your business better, but we promise not to sell it to sketchy companies or use it in weird ways. For the full rundown, check out our Privacy Policy.

5. Stuff Happens

No Guarantees: We do our best to keep Ryser running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime or perfection. Sometimes tech breaks. When it does, we’ll fix it as fast as we can. Your Risk: Use Ryser at your own risk. If something goes wrong (like lost profits or missed opportunities), we’re not responsible for the fallout.

6. Ending Things

We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these rules. No drama, just business. You can cancel your account anytime, but we'd hate to see you go! If you do cancel, no refunds will be provided, and your account will stay active until the paid for subscription period has expired.

7. Legal Stuff

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws where we’re based (Wisconsin). Dispute Resolution: If we run into a problem, let’s try to work it out like adults. If we can’t, we will defend our rights, and if necessary, we’ll take it to arbitration and sort things out fairly.

8. Other Important Details

Entire Agreement: This is it! These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between us. No secret clauses hiding anywhere. Severability: If any part of these terms doesn’t hold up legally, the rest still stands.
